The invention provides a construction method of a stone-filled embankment, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: pretreating a foundation; when the filling height and length of the constructed embankment are larger than a filling road section of a preset value, reinforcing and pressurizing the embankment by means of an impact rolling method according to the first filling layer interval; when the filling height and length of the constructed embankment are smaller than a filling road section of a preset value, reinforcing and pressurizing the embankment according to a second filling layer interval by adopting a layered dynamic compaction method; wherein the distance between the first filling layers is smaller than the distance between the second filling layers. According to the construction method, gaps of the filled stones are further compacted, the compressibility of the filled stones is reduced, compared with natural settlement, the settlement amount of the high-filled embankment after construction is greatly reduced, the overall stability of the newly-built embankment can be improved, the engineering quality is improved. The phenomenon that the embankment cracks due to overall subsidence caused by subsidence of the stone-filled embankment is effectively prevented, and the bearing capacity of the embankment is greatly improved.
本申请提供一种填石路堤的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:对地基进行预处理;当施工路堤填筑高度及长度大于预设值的填方路段时,按第一填筑层间距采用冲击碾压法对路堤进行补强增压处理;当施工路堤填筑高度及长度小于预设值的填方路段时,按第二填筑层间距采用分层强夯法对路堤进行补强增压处理;所述第一填筑层间距小于第二填筑层间距。本申请的施工方法使得填石料的缝隙得到进一步挤密,降低填方石料的压缩性,相比于自然沉降,大大减少了高填路堤施工后的沉降量,能够提高新建路堤的整体稳定性,提高工程质量,有效防止本申请的填石路堤沉降而造成整体沉陷导致路堤开裂的现象,大大提高路堤的承载能力。
