The invention discloses a door lock, a door assembly and a rail vehicle. The door lock comprises a lock main body, and the lock main body is provided with a handle, a spring bolt, a self-locking limiting piece and an unlocking handle. According to the door lock provided by the invention, the self-locking limiting piece is driven to act to lock the position of the handle through retraction of the spring bolt in the locking process, then the handle cannot be rotated relative to the lock main body, and thus self-locking of a vehicle door is achieved; and when the vehicle door needs to be opened, the unlocking handle can be operated to move the self-locking limiting piece to unlock the handle, and when the handle is rotated relative to the lock main body, the spring bolt is driven to retract to be separated from a lockhole. According to the door lock, the door assembly and the rail vehicle, self-locking is achieved when the vehicle door is closed, and the safety of the vehicle is greatly improved.
