The invention provides an automatic locking door. The automatic locking door comprises a door frame, a door leaf and a driving device; the door leaf is hinged to the door frame; the driving device comprises a rotating motor, an air cylinder, a transmission module, an adapter and a connecting rod; the cylinder is connected with the transmission module; the adapter is rotationally connected with the door frame and provided with a mounting hole. Through combination of the driving device and the door leaf, when the air cylinder drives the transmission module to move to abut against the adapter, the rotating motor drives the transmission module, the adapter and the door leaf to move, when the rotating motor does not work, the transmission device stops operating, meanwhile the adapter locks the transmission device, the purposes of automatically opening or closing the door leaf and locking in real time are achieved; when the air cylinder drives the transmission module not to abut against the adapter, the door leaf can be freely opened or closed, cannot be locked and is suitable for special situations.
