Novel ventilation roof structure
The invention relates to a roof structure in the field of house building, especially relates to a novel ventilation roof structure, belongs to the technical field of house building, and mainly aims to achieve the purpose of rain and water leakage prevention when a ventilation system is arranged on a roof in a large-area plant building. Rain and water leakage prevention mainly aims to prevent rainwater or snow water formed by melting accumulated snow which possibly permeates into the building through holes of a roof plate while air is fed into the building along with an air inlet structure. According to the invention, the novel ventilation roof structure capable of realizing rain and water leakage prevention is formed by utilizing the characteristics of a double-slope roof, and adopting perforated plates and the non-perforated plates. The novel ventilation roof structure can be used on the whole roof or local roof. Due to the fact that the novel roof design which is simple and durable is adopted, continuous air inlet channels are formed on slope surfaces at the two sides through the perforated plates, and meanwhile the rainwater or snow water formed by melting accumulated snow is prevented from entering the building through the holes of the roof plate on the slope surface at the single side through the non-perforated plates. Due to the water retaining effect of an air channel at the ridge, even if the rainwater or snow water formed by melting accumulated snow is brought into the air entering the slope surface at one side covered by the perforated plates, the water cannot be brought into ventilation holes formed in the slope surface at the opposite side, and therefore the effect of rain and water leakage prevention is achieved.
本发明涉及房屋建筑领域的屋顶结构,尤其涉及一种新型通风换气屋顶结构,属于房屋建筑技术领域,主要是为了解决在大面积的厂房类建筑中屋顶设置通风换气系统时防雨防漏水的问题。防雨防漏水主要是要防止可能随着进风结构送入空气的同时而一起渗入的雨水或积雪融化的雪水通过屋顶板的开孔进入建筑内部。本发明利用双坡屋顶的特点,采用穿孔板和无孔板,形成一种防雨防漏水的新型通风换气屋顶结构。可在整个屋顶或局部屋顶使用。由于本发明采用了简单并耐用的新型屋顶设计,利用穿孔板在两侧坡面形成连续的进风通道,同时利用无孔板在单侧坡面防止雨水或积雪融化的雪水通过屋顶板的开孔进入建筑内部。由于屋脊处空气通道的挡水作用,在穿孔板覆盖的一侧坡面所进入的空气即使带入了雨水或积雪融化的雪水,也不会将这些水带入设置在对侧坡面的通风开孔中,从而达到防雨防漏水的作用。
