The invention discloses a method for parking in a high-rise building by using an elevator, which comprises the following steps that a special elevator which is only used by a vehicle is additionally arranged, special design is carried out, a parking space and a vehicle passage with a certain area are reserved in the high-rise building and are taken as a private purchase area of an owner, a part of indoor area is designed to be a parking space for every resident, a car is directly parked in a home, a special control system is matched with the special elevator for the car, the system at least comprises a camera collecting structure, a sensing device, a control switch and a background operating system, each owner inputs the information of the car into the control system, and each car can only park in the floor wherein the house of the owner id located. According to the method for parking in the high-rise building by using the elevator, the private car can be sent to the floor where the owner is located through the special elevator, so that the car can be parked in the high-rise building, the use is convenient, the problem of difficult parking is solved, the privacy of the owner is protected, and the vehicle is prevented from being flooded and lost in extreme weather.
本发明公开了一种使用电梯进行高层建筑停车的方法，包括再增加一个专门只有车子使用的专用电梯，进行专门的设计，在高层建筑物中，预留一定面积的停车位和车辆过道，算业主的私人购买面积，家家户户把一部分的室内面积设计成停车位，直接把车子停在自己家中，车子专业电梯配套专用的控制系统，该系统至少包括摄像头采集结构，感应装置，控制开关，后台操作系统，每个业主将自己车辆信息录入控制系统，每部车辆只能停靠业主自己房屋所在的楼层，此一种使用电梯进行高层建筑停车的方法，可以通过专用的电梯将私家车送到业主所在的楼层，使车辆能够在高层建筑停车，使用方便，解决停车难问题，保护业主隐私，避免极端天气下的车辆被淹损失。
