The preparation method of the paste comprises powder preparation and paste preparation, wherein first powder comprises molybdenum powder, manganese powder and porcelain powder, a ratio of the molybdenum powder (g) to the manganese powder (g) to the porcelain powder (g) is 130:35:35, the first powder and butyl acetate (solvent) are poured into a ball milling bottle according to a ratio of the first powder (g) to the solvent (mL) to an agate ball (g) of 200:160:400, ball milling is performed for 168 hours, natural airing is performed to obtain second powder, and the paste is prepared from ethyl cellulose (g), terpilenol (ml) and the second powder (g) in a ratio of 1:13:23. According to the invention, the paste used in cooperation with the screen printing technology is developed, the uniformity of the thickness of a paste coating layer formed through screen printing of the paste is good, the uniformity of the thickness of a metallization layer formed through surface sintering is excellent, the sealing strength is greatly improved, and the production efficiency is improved.
