The invention discloses a preparation process of a flocked soft stone, and relates to the technical field of building decoration materials. Cellulose, high-molecular polymer powder, calcium carbonate and quartz sand are mixed with water and then stirred uniformly through a stirrer to obtain green brick layer slurry, TiO2 powder and cellulose are mixed with water and then stirred uniformly through the stirrer to obtain brick surface layer slurry, the green brick layer slurry is sprayed on a mold by using a diaphragm pump, a layer of brick surface layer slurry is sprayed, the mold with the slurry is placed in an oven, heated for 2-5 hours and cooled, and the soft stone brick placed in the mold is taken out manually or mechanically after cooling. Diphenylmethane diisocyanate, linear dihydroxyalkyl siloxane and polyester glycol are added into a reaction kettle by adopting a prepolymerization reaction, and the temperature is raised to 85 +/-2 DEG C to react for 1 hour. The flocked soft stone has the effects of being convenient to install, moisture-proof, anti-slip, soft and elastic.
