Bare concrete and pier forming construction method
The invention discloses bare concrete and a pier forming construction method, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. Each cubic meter of bare concrete comprises 748 kg/m<3> of artificial sand, 1076 kg/m<3> of gravel, 430 kg/m<3> of a cementing material and a proper amount of water. The cementing material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10% of mineral powder, 5% of fly ash, 5% of silica fume and 1.7% of an additive; the mass ratio of the water to the cementing material in each cubic meter of the bare concrete is 0.36. By the adoption of the bare concrete, a set-shaped steel formwork can be manufactured, bare concrete pouring is adopted, the facing effect of the bare concrete can be guaranteed while one-time pouring is conducted, the stress requirement of the concrete is met, and the durability and the appearance texture of the concrete are further improved.
本发明公开了一种清水混凝土及桥墩成型施工方法,建筑施工技术领域,每立方清水混凝土的成分为:人工砂748kg/m3、碎石1076kg/m3、胶凝材料430kg/m3和适量水;所述胶凝材料含有以下质量比原料:矿粉10%、粉煤灰5%、硅灰5%、外加剂1.7%;每立方清水混凝土中水和胶凝材料的质量比为0.36。采用本方案,能制作定型钢模板,并采用清水混凝土浇筑,能在一次性浇筑的同时,保证了清水混凝土的饰面效果,并达到了混凝土的受力要求,进一步提高了混凝土的耐久性和外观质感。
