The pre-pressing pedestal is horizontally placed on the ground, an arched truss piece is laid on the pre-pressing pedestal, a limiting pier is fixedly arranged at the joint of the vertical rod and an arch ring of the truss piece of the pre-pressing pedestal, and the arch ring and the vertical rod are fixedly connected through the limiting pier; a counter-force pier base fixed on the vertical rod is supported at the bottom end of the counter-force beam, and a forcing device is arranged between the top end of the counter-force beam and a truss bottom beam of the truss piece.
