The invention relates to the field of roadblock cleaning, and discloses a roadblock cleaning device for intelligent traffic, the roadblock cleaning device comprises a rotating shell, the rotating shell is connected with an automatic recovery mechanism and an automatic cleaning mechanism, when the device is used, a rotating main plate rotates, and at the moment, the rotating shell linearly moves leftwards; when a reaction block touches the surface of the roadblock, the roadblock extrudes the reaction block to move rightwards, the rightward movement of the reaction block drives a pressing head to rotate to clamp the roadblock together with the reaction block, and at the moment, the rotation of the rotating main plate drives a clamping rod to rotate through a clamping rotating pin; due to the fact that the surface of the clamping rod is fixedly connected with the surface of the rotating shell, the rotating shell is driven to rotate, after the rotating shell rotates to the top, the current in a current magnetic block is cut off due to the fact that power supply of a power-off fixing block is lost, and at the moment, the pressing head does not extrude a roadblock any more and falls down under the action of gravity; therefore, the function of automatically recovering the roadblock is achieved.
