The construction method comprises the following steps of 001, wall body prefabrication, 002, grooving construction, 003, wall body hoisting, 004, wall bottom grouting reinforcement, 005, slurry replacement and 006, joint grouting. Compared with the prior art, the prefabricated continuous wall is advantaged in that construction efficiency is higher, the wall quality is better, a surface is smoother, the overall strength is better, quality control is more stable, the construction period is short, and the environment around a construction site can be well protected.
