According to the steel guide wall of the underground diaphragm wall and the construction method thereof. The inverted-L-shaped guide wall is divided into transverse components and vertical components, the vertical components on the two sides are fixed through the section steel frame and positioned according to site lofting, and then the vertical components are connected with the transverse components to form a complete steel guide wall system; the guide wall can be manufactured only through splicing onsite so that the original construction and maintenance time of reinforcing steel bars, templates and concrete is saved; and meanwhile, after construction of the underground diaphragm wall is completed, the steel guide wall is disassembled, so recycling of materials is realized. According to the steel guide wall for the underground diaphragm wall, the steel guide wall structure can be recycled, and meanwhile a problem that an existing guide wall is long in construction period is solved. According to the method, the original function of the guide wall is reserved, meanwhile, the manufacturing time of the guide wall is shortened, the overall construction period is shortened, and meanwhile, recycling and reusing of materials are achieved by disassembling the steel guide wall.
本发明提供了一种地下连续墙的钢导墙及其施工方法,通过将倒L型导墙分为横向构件和竖向构件两部分,先将两侧竖向构件用型钢架进行固定并根据现场放样进行定位放置,再与横向构件相连,形成完整的钢导墙体系。现场仅通过拼装便可完成导墙的制作,节省了原本钢筋、模板、混凝土施工及养护的时间。同时,可在地下连续墙施工完成后通过对钢导墙的拆卸,实现对材料的回收再利用。本发明的用于地下连续墙的钢导墙结构,可以在实现钢导墙结构回收再利用的同时,又解决现有的导墙施工周期较长的问题。本发明在保留导墙原先功能的同时,缩短导墙制作的时间,节省了整体工期,同时通过对钢导墙的拆卸,实现对材料的回收再利用。
