Hammering assistance method and system for pipe pile construction and hammering data sharing system
The invention discloses a hammering assistance method and system for pipe pile construction and a hammering data sharing system. Each hammer in the hammering process is evaluated on the basis of the footage of each hammer, objective basis is provided for corresponding hammering decisions (hammer receiving, pile feeding and pile splicing) in combination with the soil penetration depth of a pile, and blindly depending on subjective experience is avoided. After the footage amount of each hammer is smaller than the threshold value of each hammer, the footage amount of each array is monitored and evaluated, and the hammer receiving judgment accuracy is improved. The hammering data sharing system is established on the basis of the hammering assistance system, and supervision and traceability guarantee is provided for pipe pile construction. Through the hammering data of the construction log, reference is provided for determination of the threshold value of each hammer and the threshold value of each matrix, objective reality is better met, along with accumulation of the hammering data in different geological areas, threshold value parameters can be continuously optimized, and therefore continuous improvement of the construction quality is promoted.
本发明公开了一种用于管桩施工的锤击辅助、系统与锤击数据共享系统,以每锤进尺量为基础,实现对锤击过程的每一锤进行评价,同时结合桩入土深度,为相应的锤击决策(收锤、送桩、接桩)提供客观依据,避免盲目依赖主观经验。在每锤进尺量小于每锤阈值后,再对每阵进尺量进行监测和评价,提高收锤判断准确性。本发明以锤击辅助系统为基础建立锤击数据共享系统,为管桩施工提供监管、溯源保障。通过施工日志的锤击数据为每锤阈值和每阵阈值的确定提供参考,更加符合客观实际,随着本发明在不同地质区域锤击数据的积累,阈值参数能够得到不断优化,从而促进施工质量不断提高。
