Novel connecting structure of curtain wall plates
The invention provides a novel connecting structure for curtain wall plates, and aims to solve problems that mainstream aluminum alloy cross beams in the prior art are in open type design, stress of a combined aluminum alloy frame is uneven, concentrated stress is generated, the bearable load is limited, and the aluminum alloy cross beams are easy to bend and deform under the self-weight effect of a panel. The novel connecting structure comprises a curtain wall frame fixedly installed on an outer wall body of a building and a glass curtain wall plate installed on the outer side of the curtain wall frame, and the curtain wall frame is composed of a plurality of stand column pieces vertically fixed to the outer wall body of the building and a plurality of cross beam pieces arranged between the adjacent stand column pieces in parallel through cross beam connecting pieces; closed tables are integrally formed on the sides, away from the building outer wall body, of the stand column pieces and the cross beam pieces correspondingly, and the sides, away from the building outer wall body, of the closed tables are connected with outer closed pieces through stainless steel bolt pieces correspondingly. The novel connecting structure is particularly suitable for high-load installation of the glass curtain wall and has high social use value and application prospects.
本发明提供一种幕墙板块新型连接结构,旨在解决现阶段中主流的铝合金横梁都是都是开口式设计,组合后的铝合金框架受力不均产生集中应力,能承受的荷载有限,在面板自重作用下易弯曲变形的问题,包括固定安装于建筑外墙体上的幕墙框架和安装于幕墙框架外侧的玻璃幕墙板块,所述幕墙框架由若干个竖直固定于建筑外墙体上的立柱件和若干个通过横梁连接件平行布置于相邻立柱件之间的横梁件组成,所述立柱件和横梁件背离建筑外墙体的一侧均一体成型有闭口台,且闭口台背离建筑外墙体的一侧均通过不锈钢螺栓件连接有外封闭件。本发明尤其适用于玻璃幕墙的高载荷安装,具有较高的社会使用价值和应用前景。
