Civil air defense door mounting method
The invention discloses a civil air defense door mounting method. According to the method, a plurality of components such as a transportation mounting vehicle, a magnetic laser gradienter, a bolt positioning block, a fixing boot and a measuring rod are adopted. The civil air defense door is placed on the transportation and installation vehicle with the installation face facing upwards. The installation method comprises the steps that 1, laser is used for conducting left-right rough positioning on the transportation and installation vehicle; 2, the civil air defense door is positioned in the front-back direction by using a measuring bolt and a fixing boot on the measuring rod; 3 the position of a trunnion on the door frame is compared by using a long pipe on the measuring rod, and the civil defense door is positioned in the vertical direction by using a bolt positioning block; 4 the civil defense door is positioned in the left-right direction by using laser and a left-right adjusting device; and 5 the hydraulic cylinder is started to spirally lift the civil air defense door to realize the installation of the civil air defense door. The civil air defense door mounting method is high in safety coefficient, the labor cost is reduced, and the mounting efficiency is improved.
