The invention relates to a building external hanging type handling frame system with a novel structure, which comprises a frame structure, a bracket and a cable-stayed device, and the frame structure comprises a plurality of upright posts, a plurality of cross beams and a plurality of step plates; a plurality of connecting through holes which are arranged side by side are formed in the end parts of the two side surfaces of the step plates, the cross beams and the stand columns in respective length directions; a plurality of step plates are connected among the upright posts through plane corner connectors and are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the stand columns; the cross beams are connected between the stand columns facing the outer wall of the building through fasteners. The fastener is in a flat plate shape and is provided with two rows of cross beam via holes and a column of stand column via holes; the bracket comprises a bottom plate, a vertical plate used for being fixed to a building wall and a side plate used for supporting the frame structure. The cable-stayed device is used for indirectly connecting the upper portion of the frame structure to a floor of a building structure. The system has the advantages that the system is convenient to disassemble and assemble, safe and reliable, the construction efficiency of the fabricated building is effectively improved, and great convenience is brought to the construction work of the fabricated building.
