The invention relates to a historical building renewal structure reinforcing system which comprises a beam steel-encased structure, a column steel-encased structure, a foundation surrounding sleeve structure and a buckling restrained brace, and the beam steel-encased structure is arranged on the outer surface of an original concrete structural beam; the column encased steel structure is arranged on the outer surface of the original concrete structure column; the foundation surrounding sleeve structure is arranged at the bottom of the column steel-encased structure; one end of the buckling restrained brace is connected with the beam encased steel structure, and the other end of the buckling restrained brace is connected with the foundation encircling structure.
