The invention discloses an acid rain corrosion resistant iron tower structural member which comprises an iron tower structural member body, an anti-freezing layer, a corrosion resistant layer and an outer protective layer are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the iron tower structural member body, the anti-freezing layer is a polyurethane layer, the corrosion resistant layer is an acid and alkali corrosion resistant coating, and the outer protective layer is a high-density polyethylene layer. The three protection layers are arranged, the anti-freezing layer on the innermost layer can improve the anti-freezing performance of the iron tower structural part, the corrosion-resistant layer on the middle layer has the main protection effects of resisting acid rain corrosion and resisting ultraviolet aging, the outer protection layer on the outermost layer is the high-density polyethylene layer which is low in price, and through matching with the middle corrosion-resistant layer, not only can a good protection effect be achieved on the iron tower structural member, but also the input cost can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种耐酸雨腐蚀的铁塔结构件,包括铁塔结构件本体,所述铁塔结构件本体的外侧依次设有防冻层、耐腐蚀层和外保护层,所述防冻层为聚氨酯层,所述耐腐蚀层为耐酸碱腐蚀涂层,所述外保护层为高密度聚乙烯层。本发明设置三层保护层,最内层的防冻层可以提高铁塔结构件的防冻性能,位于中间层的耐腐蚀层起到主要的耐酸雨腐蚀和耐紫外老化的保护效果,最外层的外保护层采用高密度聚乙烯层,其价格便宜,通过与中间耐腐蚀层的配合使用,不但可以对铁塔结构件起到良好的保护效果,还可以使得投入的成本降低。
