The invention relates to a precipitation well completion construction method. The excavation position of a to-be-drilled well hole is determined; a drill bit of a spiral drilling tool of the drilling machine is drilled downwards to a preset depth from the excavation position to form a well hole; the spiral drilling tool is lifted upwards, so that a drill bit is lifted upwards to a preset position; slurry is injected into the well hole to protect the wall, when the highest liquid level in the central pipe of the spiral drilling tool is flush with or higher than the wellhead of the well hole, the spiral drilling tool is lifted upwards so that the drill bit can be lifted out of the wellhead, and the lifting speed of the spiral drilling tool is matched with the injection speed of the slurry; a prefabricated well pipe is sunk into the well hole injected with the slurry, wherein a gap is formed between the outer wall of the prefabricated well pipe and the inner wall of the well hole; on the basis, grouting is conducted while the spiral drilling tool is lifted upwards, the lifting speed of the drill bit is matched with the grouting speed, therefore, hole collapse and hole shrinkage can be prevented from being generated on the inner wall of a well hole, meanwhile, the amount of generated mud is small, and economical and environment-friendly effects are achieved.
