The invention provides a low-cost inclination measuring mechanism and an inclination measuring installation method thereof, the mechanism comprises an inclination measuring outer pipe and a hollow inclination measuring main rod arranged in the inclination measuring outer pipe in a penetrating mode, the inclination measuring main rod is connected with a deep layer horizontal displacement measurement unit, and the inclination measuring main rod and the inclination measuring outer pipe are filled with hardenable grouting liquid. The low-cost inclination measuring mechanism has the advantages that the position of the deep layer horizontal displacement measurement unitis fixed through the hardenable grouting liquid, in the measuring process, deformation of the inclination measuring outer pipe can be better transmitted to a e deep horizontal displacement sensor through the solidified grouting liquid, the precision of monitoring data is further improved, and the monitoring cost can be further reduced.
本发明提供了一种低成本测斜机构及其测斜安装方法，所述机构包括测斜外管、贯穿设置于测斜外管内的中空的测斜总杆，所述测斜总杆上连接有深层水平位移测量单元，所述测斜总杆与所述测斜外管内填充有可硬化注浆液。本发明的有益效果体现在：通过可硬化注浆液将深层水平位移测量单元进行位置的固定，且在测量过程中，固化后的桨液可以更好的将测斜外管的变形传递给深层水平位移传感器，进一步提高监测数据的精度，可以进一步的降低监测成本。
