The present invention provides a system and the like with which it is possible to decrease the data communication load for outputting environment information, while also avoiding an excessive reduction in the amount of environment information in a suitable form from the standpoint of each of a plurality of operators suitably ascertaining a work machine environment in accordance with the remote operation skill or the like of each of the plurality of operators. According to this remote operation system or a remote operation server 20 constituting the same, a "communication resource allocation process" is executed in accordance with operator skill or the like so as to allocate communication resources to a plurality of remote operation devices 10. An "environment information control process" is executed so as to decrease the amount of environment data such that the information reduction amount of one or a plurality of low environment information factors (which signifies the reduction amount of environment information due to a change in said environment information factor) is larger than the information reduction amount of one or a plurality of high environment information factors. The environment information control process is executed in a different mode in accordance with allocated resource differences.
