Process for preparing bricks from waste building materials
The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a process for preparing bricks from waste building materials. The process comprises the following steps: step 1, collecting building wastes, and crushing and screening the building wastes; step 2, preparing and pretreating clay; step 3, mixing the treated building waste and clay for 30 minutes; step 4, pouring the brick raw materials obtained in the step 3 into a mold, and conducting brick forming; and step 5, punching the bricks obtained in the fourth step, performing supplementary material forming, and performing brick discharging. The method has the advantage of being capable of forming bricks with a positioning function.
