Prestress assembly type hollow stair
The invention relates to a prestress assembly type hollow stair comprising step plates and a stairway bottom plate, the step plates are produced in a factory-like and batch mode through independent formworks, the stairway bottom plate is produced through a pre-tensioning process, and a step is arranged at the lower end of the stairway bottom plate. An independent template of the step plate is manufactured; a stair bottom plate formwork is manufactured; and a step plate shaping frame is manufactured. The stair step plates are produced in batches in an industrialized mode through independent formworks, connecting steel bars are reserved, and then the stair step plates are fixed into the shaping frame according to design requirements; and then long-line pedestal and high-strength steel are utilized, a pre-tensioning method is adopted for manufacturing a pre-stressed stair bottom plate, after concrete is not hardened, the shaping frame is placed, the step plates are embedded, after the concrete is initially set, a bottom plate formwork and the shaping frame are removed, after the concrete reaches the design strength, the pre-stressed tendons can be released, and production of the pre-stressed assembly type stair is completed. The upper end of the fabricated stair is integrally cast with a platform beam, and the lower end is simply supported and connected with the platform beam through bolts. The production efficiency is greatly improved, and the cost can be effectively saved.
