According to the method, a process is simple, few devices are needed, industrial solid waste serves as the raw material, a solidified body of the prepared geopolymer cementitious material has good compressive strength, a heavy metal leaching concentration is far lower than the heavy metal leaching limit value of waste incineration fly powder landfill, and the solidified body of the geopolymer cementing material can be used as a part of specific building materials. As the geopolymer cementing material is prepared and applied, resource utilization of hazardous waste namely secondary aluminum ash and waste incineration flying powder can be realized, cost is low, environmental benefits are obvious, generalizability is high, and good social, environmental and economic benefits are obtained.
