The invention discloses lightweight concrete with low thermal conductivity, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 95 to 99 percent of aggregate and 1 to 5 percent of composite additive. The aggregate is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 60 percent of cement, 1 to 30 percent of silica powder, 1 to 20 percent of mullite, 0.5 to 3 percent of zirconium oxide fiber, 5 to 20 percent of antioxidant material and the balance of water. The composite additive is prepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-1.2 parts of aerogel particles, 8-20 parts of an adhesive, 1-5 parts of an alkali reagent, 0.1-1 part of a foaming agent and 5-15 parts of a dispersing agent. According to the invention, by improving the pore structure of the concrete, the pore distribution is more uniform, and the product has a good pore structure, so that the product has higher strength and excellent thermal performance.
