The invention discloses anti-freezing concrete using a solid anti-freezing agent and a preparation method of the anti-freezing concrete. The solid anti-freezing agent (with a doping amount being 2-8% of the volume of the concrete) is used for replacing an air entraining agent for the anti-freezing concrete, and meanwhile, a defoaming agent is added to enable the air content of the concrete to be smaller than or equal to 1%; and the compressive strength of the obtained pre-mixed anti-freezing concrete is larger than or equal to C40, and an anti-freezing durability index is greater than or equal to DF100. By adding the solid anti-freezing agent, the problems that air content stability of traditional anti-freezing concrete is poor and an anti-freezing performance index is not easy to reach the standard are solved.
