The invention relates to a medium-dielectric-constant dielectric ceramic for a low-temperature co-fired multilayer ceramic capacitor and a preparation method thereof. A formula system of the ceramic is Ba-Ti-Zn-B-O, and a crystal phase expression is a*BaTi4O9-b*Zn3B2O6. The invention has the advantages that a multi-titanium barium system BaTi4O9 is used as a main base phase, and the Zn3B2O6 compound is used as one of main components and also used as a cooling sintering aid component, so that the effects of temperature coefficient and dielectric loss modulation and sintering temperature reduction can be achieved, the sintering temperature can be effectively reduced, and very low loss can be obtained. The material capacitance temperature coefficient is adjustable: the dielectric constant is 30+/-5, the dielectric loss value is less than 0.05%, and the capacitance temperature coefficient is less than +/-30ppm/DEG C. The dielectric ceramic system is excellent in dielectric property, the raw materials are non-toxic and low in price, the preparation process is simple, and the dielectric ceramic system has a wide application prospect in the LTCC application field.
本发明是中介电常数低温共烧多层陶瓷电容器用介质陶瓷及制备方法,陶瓷配方体系为Ba‑Ti‑Zn‑B‑O,晶相表达式为:a*BaTi4O9‑b*Zn3B2O6。本发明的优点:采用多钛钡体系BaTi4O9作为主体基相,Zn3B2O6化合物作为主体成分之一、也作为降温烧结助剂成分,可起到温度系数、介质损耗调制,以及降低烧成温度的效果,可有效降低烧结温度,并获得很低的损耗,实现可调节的材料的电容温度系数:介电常数为30±5,介电损耗值小于0.05%,电容温度系数小于±30ppm/℃。本发明介质陶瓷体系介电性能优异,原料无毒且价格低廉,制备工艺简单,在LTCC应用领域内具有广泛的应用前景。
