The invention relates to a continuous pushing and deviation rectifying system for a steel box girder. The continuous pushing and deviation rectifying system comprises a steel box girder splicing platform, a slide way beam, a guide beam, a pushing device, a traction device and a transverse deviation rectifying device, wherein the pushing device is used for pushing the steel box girder, the traction device is used for dragging the steel box girder in the direction consistent with the pushing direction, and the transverse deviation rectifying device is used for adjusting the transverse position deviation of the steel box girder in the moving process.
