The invention relates to the field of fabricated buildings, in particular to a prefabricated concrete composite heat preservation formwork reverse-hitting integrated wallboard and a preparation method. Formworks of an integrated wall body are assembled on a formwork table; a facing layer, an outer side reinforcing layer, a thermosetting composite polystyrene foam board, a heat preservation layer and an inner side reinforcing layer are sequentially laid on the inner side of the formwork from the periphery to the middle. After it is checked that the formwork is laid to be qualified, an inner leaf plate steel reinforcement framework is put into the formwork; a protective layer cushion block is placed between the inner leaf plate steel reinforcement framework and the composite heat preservation board; after the embedded part is installed in the formwork, inner leaf plate concrete pouring is conducted in the formwork; in this way, the heat preservation structure and the shear wall can be installed on site after being integrally formed in a factory, the influence of on-site construction weather on construction is avoided, and the construction efficiency is improved.
