The invention discloses a sliding frame formwork inserting device. The sliding frame formwork inserting device comprises a plurality of lifting mechanisms and two formwork plate units which are arranged in parallel in a spaced mode. The lifting mechanisms can drive the two formwork units to ascend and descend in the vertical direction. Each formwork unit comprises a formwork frame and a formwork inserted in the formwork frame, each formwork frame comprises at least two vertical rods arranged at intervals, and every two adjacent vertical rods in the same formwork frame are fixedly connected through a connecting structure; a plurality of formworks arranged up and down are inserted between every two adjacent vertical rods in the same formwork frame, and the vertical rods are in vertical sliding fit with the formworks making contact with the vertical rods. According to the sliding frame formwork inserting device and the construction method, the surface quality and the internal quality of a concrete structure poured through sliding formwork construction are improved.
