Each top beam comprises an upper positioning groove, a groove opening of the upper positioning groove faces downwards, and the upper positioning groove is used for fixing the upper end of a side plate of the container house. The upper surface of each top beam is used for supporting a container house top plate in a matched mode. Each upper positioning groove is positioned below the bearing surface of the top beam; and the bottom beams are used for fixing the lower ends of the side plates of the container house and a bottom plate of the container house. The invention aims at providing the frame structure and the container house applying the frame structure, the bearing capacity of the middle of the frame can be improved, and the collapse of the middle of the container house is avoided.
