The invention discloses a power transmission line vertical lifting first-aid repair tower which comprises a lifting device and a tower body. The lifting device is connected with the tower body; the tower body comprises stand columns, cross arms and four-way flanges; the cross arms are vertically connected with the stand columns, and the four-way flanges are arranged at joints; and the bottoms of the stand columns are connected with the lifting device. The lifting device is connected to the tower body, so that the problem that repair is inconvenient due to the height problem of a tower in the prior art is solved, and the height of the device is flexibly adjusted. The device is simple in structure and high in practicability.
