The invention discloses vegetable and fruit planting equipment, and particularly relates to ventilated seawater vegetable and fruit water planting equipment, which is technically characterized by comprising a water planting tank filled with a nutrient solution, a planting plate, a light-transmitting cover, an air inlet window for air inlet, a platform arranged on the sea and a distillation tank arranged on the surface of the platform; the light-transmitting cover covers a cultivation tank and the distillation tank, and a water collecting mechanism is provided and used for collecting fresh water through air convection; the water collection mechanism comprises a water storage tank and a fresh water pump for conveying fresh water to the water culture tank through a pipeline, and further comprises an air exhaust assembly for enhancing air flow in the light-transmitting cover to recover the fresh water, and the air exhaust assembly comprises a sealing cavity communicated with the water tank and a turbine arranged in the sealing cavity and used for rotating to generate negative pressure; a transmission shaft is provided and used for driving the turbine to rotate, and the sealing cavity is provided with a negative pressure opening connected with the air inlet window and an air outlet used for exhausting air. By using the fresh water supply device, fresh water supply for vegetables and fruits can be realized in a good seawater ventilation environment.
