Concrete reinforcing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete reinforcing agent and a preparation method thereof. The reinforcing agent comprises 600-820 parts of deionized water, 50-160 parts of unsaturated acid, 80-200 parts of unsaturated ester, 2-10 parts of acrylamide, 5-40 parts of a nonionic surfactant and a proper amount of titanium salt, organic titanium, organic chromium, manganese salt, organic manganese, magnesium salt, organic magnesium, an oxidation component, a reduction component, a chain transfer agent and the like. The unsaturated acid, ester, acrylamide and organic titanium used in preparation have high activity, are polymerized or crosslinked in oxidation reduction, wrap the nonionic surfactant to form a net structure, and capture solid particles, so that the solid particles are fully combined with a water reducing agent, and the dispersity of cement particles is expanded. The organometallic compound is grafted into the polymer in a grafting manner, so that the cement strength is improved, and the supplemented titanium salt, magnesium salt, manganese salt and the like can help to utilize tricalcium silicate. The sensitivity of the water reducing agent can be reduced, the mixing performance is improved, the dosage is reduced, and the later strength and durability are ensured.
