The invention provides a rail trolley set which comprises a long steel rail transport vehicle and a rail collecting and replacing device, the rail collecting and replacing device is located on the long steel rail transport vehicle and can move on the long steel rail transport vehicle, the rail collecting and replacing device comprises a first trolley, a telescopic assembly and a rail adjusting structure, and the first trolley is connected with the telescopic assembly; the telescopic assembly can drive the first trolley to move to the track, the first trolley is used for moving old steel rails to one side of the track line, and new steel rails on the long steel rail transport vehicle are moved to the track line through the rail adjusting structure. According to the rail trolley set, two operation processes of transporting new steel rails and changing the rails can be completed in one skylight period, the whole operation process only occupies one skylight period, and the operation efficiency is improved.
