Four sliding grooves are evenly formed in the side wall of the troweling plate, the end, away from the rotating shaft, of each supporting rod is slidably connected into the corresponding sliding groove, telescopic mechanisms are evenly distributed and fixedly connected to the top wall of the troweling plate, and an elastic air bag is fixedly connected to the top wall of the troweling plate. When a sliding block slides in an air pumping box in a sealed mode, the elastic air bag continuously stretches out and draws back, so that the elastic air bag continuously extrudes a bottom plate, the troweling plate continuously vibrates up and down, the troweling plate can trowelling concrete and can flatten the concrete in the continuous vibration process, and the consequence that fine protrusions are generated on a construction road surface and cause unflattening of a construction road surface is avoided.
