The invention discloses a prefabricated assembled concrete trestle; the trestle comprises a prefabricated T-shaped beam, a pile jacking and a prefabricated pipe pile, a preformed hole is formed in the prefabricated T-shaped beam, an anchoring steel bar and an anchoring steel plate are embedded in the top of the pile jacking and inserted into the preformed hole of the prefabricated T-shaped beam, and a high-strength non-shrinkage cement grouting material is poured into the hole; wherein the lower end of the pile jacking extends into the prefabricated pipe pile and is connected with the prefabricated pipe pile. According to the invention, a traditional trestle is improved, the concrete trestle is factorized, standardized and prefabricated, so that the trestle structure is high in assembly construction speed, and little in environment impact.
本发明公开了一种预制拼装混凝土栈桥,其特征在于所述栈桥包括预制T梁、桩顶托以及预制管桩,预制T梁内开预留孔,桩顶托顶部预埋锚固钢筋与锚固钢板插入预制T梁预留孔内,孔内浇筑高强无收缩水泥灌浆料,桩顶托下端伸入预制管桩内与其连接。本发明对传统栈桥进行改进,将混凝土栈桥工厂化、标准化、预制化,使得栈桥结构装配施工,速度快且环境影响。
