The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and discloses a variable cross-section segmental beam prefabricated steel bar jig frame and formwork system which comprises a first jig frame used for bearing a poured section; a second jig frame which is arranged on one side, in the axial direction of the poured section, of the first jig frame; and a mold which comprises two groups of side molds and an end mold assembly, the two groups of side molds are symmetrically arranged on the two sides, perpendicular to the axial direction of the poured section, of the second jig frame, and the end mold assembly is vertically arranged on the side, away from the first jig frame, of the second jig frame; and the second jig frame, the poured section, the end mold assembly and the two sets of side molds define a to-be-poured space used for pouring the to-be-poured section, according to the system, one side of the poured section can be used as the second end mold on one side of the to-be-poured section, the cost of the mold can be reduced, and the shape of the second end mold on one side of the to-be-poured section can be more accurately matched.
