The invention relates to a column foundation structure for pseudo-classic architecture and a manufacturing and mounting method thereof, the column foundation structure comprises a steel plate carrying seat, a drum-shaped block and a covering basin, the steel plate carrying seat is formed by welding a vertical steel plate and a transverse steel plate, the bottom surface of the transverse steel plate is welded with a steel bar used for stretching into the ground, the transverse steel plate is horizontally arranged on the ground, a stone base of column is arranged on the transverse steel plate, the vertical steel plate penetrates through a hole in the stone base and protrudes upwards, a groove used for embedding the vertical steel plate is formed in the bottom of the wooden column, the opposite-penetrating bolt penetrates through the wooden column and is fixed to a flange embedded into the vertical steel plate, a height gap is reserved between the bottom face of the wooden column and the upper surface of the stone base, and the drum-shaped block and the covering basin are clamped into the side portion of the wooden column and fall on the stone base. The bearing strength of the wooden column is enhanced, the visual aesthetic feeling of a traditional wooden column is reflected, it is guaranteed that in a main body structure, the original wooden column has the higher shear resistance and is not prone to horizontal displacement, the bottom end of the wooden column is not in contact connection with the ground, the wooden column is not prone to being affected with damp and insects, decaying is avoided, and the use durability of a wooden structure building is greatly improved.
本发明涉及仿古建筑用柱础结构及其制作安装方法,包含钢板载座、鼓磴和覆盆,钢板载座由竖向钢板与横向钢板焊接形成,横向钢板的底面焊接有用于伸入地面的钢筋,横向钢板水平置于地面上,磉石置于横向钢板上,竖向钢板穿过磉石上的孔凸出向上,木柱的底部开有用于嵌入竖向钢板的槽,对穿螺栓穿过木柱固定于嵌入竖向钢板的翼缘,木柱的底面与磉石的上表面之间留有高度空隙,鼓磴和覆盆卡入木柱侧部,落在磉石上。增强了木柱的承重强度,既体现了传统木柱的视觉美感,也保证了在主体结构中原木柱有更强的抗剪特性,更不容易发生水平向的位移,木柱底端不与地面接触连接,且不易受潮与受虫,避免发生腐朽,极大增加木构建筑使用耐久性。
