The invention discloses a rapid floor paving structure, a manufacturing method and a paving method. The rapid floor paving structure comprises an overhead cushion block, a plurality of supporting blocks are formed on a body of the overhead cushion block, staggered wiring grooves are formed among the supporting blocks, the overhead cushion block comprises a center component and a component die sleeve, a forming die cavity is formed in the component die sleeve, and the center component is in the forming die cavity. The prefabricated overhead cushion blocks are adopted as the supporting pieces, compared with the prior art, during laying, the supporting pieces do not need to be fixed one by one through screws, only the overhead cushion blocks need to be tidily laid on the ground, and laying is more convenient and efficient; line pipes can be laid in the wiring grooves formed by splicing the overhead cushion blocks, pipeline grooves do not need to be independently laid on the ground, and due to the fact that the wiring grooves formed by splicing the overhead cushion blocks can be mutually connected and fully laid on the whole ground in a latticed mode, different pipeline layouts can be planned according to needs, and modification and adjustment can be conveniently carried out in the later period.
