Bending template and template structure
A bending template comprises a first plate, a second plate, a third plate, a fourth plate and a fifth plate. The second plate is connected to the first plate. The third plate is connected to the side, away from the second plate, of the first plate and bent towards the side away from the second plate. The fourth plate is connected to the side, away from the first plate, of the second plate and bent towards the side away from the first plate. The fifth plate is connected to the side, away from the first plate, of the third plate and bent towards the same side of the first plate. A template structure comprises a plane template and the bending template, the bending template is connected with the side wall of the plane template through the fifth plate or the fourth plate, and the third plate or the second plate is flush with the plate face of the plane template. According to the bent template and the template structure, the Z-shaped integrated template structure is formed through the first plate, the second plate and the third plate, so that an internal corner and an external corner can be directly formed when cement is poured, the bent template is connected with other types of templates through the fourth plate and the fifth plate, the total number of the templates is greatly reduced, and therefore, the purpose of improving the template assembling and disassembling efficiency is achieved.
一种弯折模板,包括第一板、第二板、第三板、第四板及第五板。第二板连接于第一板。第三板连接于第一板远离第二板一侧并朝背离第二板的一侧弯折。第四板连接于第二板远离第一板一侧并朝背离第一板的一侧弯折。第五板连接于第三板远离第一板一侧并朝第一板的同侧弯折。一种模板结构包括平面模板及上述的弯折模板,弯折模板通过第五板或第四板连接平面模板的侧壁,第三板或第二板与平面模板的板面平齐。上述弯折模板及模板结构通过第一板、第二板及第三板形成Z型的一体式模板结构,使得浇筑水泥时能够直接形成阴角及阳角,弯折模板再通过第四板及第五板连接其他类型的模板,使得模板的总数大大减少,进而实现了提升模板装拆效率的目的。
