The multi-control-mode single-bolt door lock comprises a shell; a spring bolt slidably connected in the shell, wherein one end of the spring bolt can be exposed out of the shell; a first shifting fork rotatably arranged in the shell, wherein the first shifting fork is provided with a first shifting strip; a second shifting fork rotatably arranged in the shell, wherein the second shifting fork is provided with a second shifting strip, a push-pull strip and a shifting part, the second shifting strip being matched with the first shifting strip, and the push-pull strip being used for driving the spring bolt to slide; and a knob rotating block rotationally arranged in the shell, wherein the knob rotating block is provided with a shifting block, the shifting block being matched with the shifting part; when one of the first shifting fork, the second shifting fork and the knob rotating block is rotated, the spring bolt can be driven to slide through the second shifting fork.
