Ultrathin asphalt surface layer aggregate grading method
The invention provides an ultrathin asphalt surface layer aggregate grading method. According to the method, through finer grading, the performance of the asphalt mixture produced from the obtained stones is more stable. The problem that at present, aggregate grading is rough is solved, and asphalt mixtures meeting different technical requirements can be obtained through the design of the mix proportion. The difficulty of the UTAC technology is to control the stability of the aggregate quality, the requirement of the current specification on the particle size of the specification material is not fine enough, the performance of the UTAC mixture produced by using the common specification material is easy to deviate, and thus the invention provides the aggregate grading method. The phenomenon of out-of-control grading of the aggregate can be reduced by adding the control sieve pores, the aggregate with stable particle size is obtained, and the stable performance of the asphalt mixture is also conveniently ensured.
本发明提供一种超薄沥青面层集料分档方法。该方法通过更精细的分档,获得的石料生产出的沥青混合料性能更加稳定。解决了目前集料分档较为粗糙的问题,通过配合比的设计,可获得满足不同技术需求的沥青混合料。UTAC技术的难点在于控制集料品质的稳定性,现行规范对规格料粒径的要求不够精细,使用常用的规格料生产的UTAC混合料性能容易出现偏差,因此本发明提出了一种集料的分档方法,通过增加控制筛孔,能够减少集料的级配失控现象,获得粒径稳定的集料,也便于保证沥青混合料的性能稳定。
