A rapid road and bridge pavement repairing device comprises a vehicle body, two mechanical arms are arranged on the vehicle body, each mechanical arm is connected with an isolation hood, a plurality of cutting wheels are movably installed in one isolation hood, each cutting wheel is coaxially connected with a first driven wheel, four corners in the isolation hood are each provided with a driving wheel, and the four driving wheels are connected through a transmission belt. The working range can be flexibly adjusted, the cutting wheels located outside the working range and a second driven wheel do not consume kinetic energy, and energy loss can be reduced. Compared with automatic control achieved through electrical parts, the structure of the part is higher in resistance to oscillation force generated during working, and the fault rate is lower. Compared with a road surface cutting machine pushed by manpower, the repairing device can save a large amount of manual labor, is wider in working coverage and higher in working efficiency, and can also reduce the harm of broken stone splashing, dust and the like to workers in the working process.
