Ditch leveling device and using method thereof
The invention provides a ditch leveling device and a using method thereof. The ditch leveling device comprises a machine body, and a groove cam is rotationally connected to the machine body; the grooved cam is provided with six rotary grooves, and each rotary groove comprises a spiral section, an arc section and a connecting section which are connected end to end, wherein the tail end of the arc section is connected with the head end of the spiral section, the tail end of the spiral section is connected with the head end of the connecting section, the tail end of the connecting section is connected with the head end of the arc section, the head end of the arc section and the tail end of the spiral section are arranged up and down; sliding keys are slidably connected into the rotary grooves. A frame body is connected with six U-shaped brackets; each U-shaped support is hinged to a connecting rod, one ends of the six connecting rods are connected with the corresponding sliding keys respectively, the other ends of the six connecting rods are movably connected with up-down moving rods respectively, and the bottom ends of the up-down moving rods are connected with leveling plates respectively. Each up-down moving rod is connected with a sliding sleeve in a sleeved mode, and the sliding sleeves are connected with the machine body. The ditch leveling device is simple in structure, ingenious in design and capable of improving the leveling efficiency and reducing the labor intensity.
