The invention discloses a vacuum prepressing well-point dewatering construction method, relates to the technical field of well-point dewatering, solves the problem of high labor consumption in a sealing film laying process, and comprises the following steps: 1, laying a sand cushion layer; 2, mounting a plastic drainage plate; 3, embedding a vacuum distribution pipe; 4, laying a sealing film, wherein the sealing film is laid through a film covering device; 5, mounting a jet vacuum pump; and 6, carrying out vacuumizing. The film covering device in the step 4 comprises a film covering frame, and the film covering frame comprises: a film covering plate; a front pressing roller which is rotationally connected to one end of the bottom of the film covering plate; a rear pressing roller which is rotationally connected to the other end of the bottom of the film covering plate and is parallel to the front pressing roller; and a film rolling roller which is rotationally connected to the side wall of the end, away from the rear pressing roller, of the film covering plate and is parallel to the rear pressing roller. The sealing film can be laid conveniently, sealing connection between adjacent sealing films can be achieved conveniently, the labor force of workers is reduced, and the labor force cost is reduced.
