Pile washing-out system of self-elevating wind power installation platform and using method thereof
The invention relates to a pile washing-out system of a self-elevating wind power installation platform and a using method thereof. The pile washing-out system comprises a ship body, pile fixing chambers are arranged at the four corners of the ship body, pile legs vertically penetrate through the pile fixing chambers, pile shoes extending into the seabed are installed at the bottom ends of the pile legs, and pile washing-out pipelines are arranged in the single pile leg and extend downwards to the pile shoes; an air and water supply system is arranged in a cabin of the ship body, comprises a high-pressure water supply system, a low-pressure water supply system and an air supply system, and supplies water or air to the pile washing pipeline through water and air supply pipelines in one-to-one correspondence with the pile legs; during use, high-pressure water is used for flushing the pile shoe smoothly, a gap is formed between the pile shoe and soil, then low-pressure water is poured between the pile shoe and the soil, the adsorption force of the soil to the pile shoe is destroyed, and when the pile shoe is pulled up and collected into a ship body, attached crops on the surface are blown and washed through compressed air, so that pile pulling of the pile shoe is achieved. The pile pulling operation efficiency is obviously improved, and stability, reliability and practicability are achieved.
本发明涉及一种自升式风电安装平台的冲桩系统及其使用方法,包括船体,船体四个角处均设置有固桩室,上下贯穿固桩室安装有桩腿,桩腿底端安装有伸入海底的桩靴,单个桩腿内向下伸至桩靴均布置有冲桩管路;船体的机舱内设置有供气供水系统,供气供水系统包括有高压水供应系统、低压水供应系统和供气系统,供气供水系统通过与桩腿一一对应的水气供应管路向冲桩管路供应水或气;使用时,先由高压水冲洗通畅,在桩靴与泥土之间产生间隙,然后将低压水灌注至桩靴与泥土之间,破坏泥土对桩靴的吸附力,并且在桩靴拔起上行并收至船体内时,通过压缩空气来吹洗表面的附作物,从而实现了桩靴的拔桩,显著提升了拔桩作业效率,稳定可靠实用。
