The invention provides a formwork device for closing a post-cast strip of a basement exterior wall in advance and a formwork erecting method. The device comprises a first formwork device, a second formwork device, a first connecting mechanism, a reinforcing mechanism and a water stopping mechanism, wherein the cross sections of the first formwork device and the second formwork device are U-shaped; the second formwork device is arranged on the outer side of the first formwork device in a sleeving mode and spaced by a preset distance, and reinforced concrete is poured into a gap between the first formwork device and the second formwork device so as to be integrally formed with walls on the two sides of the post-cast strip; the first connecting mechanism is arranged between the first formwork device and the second formwork device; the reinforcing mechanism is arranged in a gap between the first formwork device and the second formwork device and connected with the basement outer wall. The water stopping mechanism is arranged in the gap between the first formwork device and the second formwork device and corresponds to the middle position of the post-cast strip. The strength and the reinforcing effect of the retaining wall can be effectively improved, the waterproof performance of the retaining wall can be improved, and then the pouring forming quality and the construction quality of the post-cast strip are improved.
本发明提供了一种地下室外墙后浇带提前封闭的模板装置及模板支设方法。该装置包括:截面均呈U型的第一模板装置和第二模板装置、第一连接机构、加固机构和止水机构;第二模板装置套设于第一模板装置的外侧且间隔预设距离,第一模板装置与第二模板装置之间的间隙浇筑钢筋混凝土以与后浇带两侧的墙体一体成型;第一连接机构设置于第一模板装置与第二模板装置之间;加固机构设置于第一模板装置与第二模板装置之间的间隙内且与地下室外墙相连接;止水机构设置于第一模板装置与第二模板装置之间的间隙内且对应于后浇带的中间位置处。本发明能有效提高挡土墙的强度和加固效果,并能提高挡土墙的防水性能,进而提高了后浇带处的浇筑成型质量和施工质量。
