The system comprises a cart track (1), a cart mechanism (2), a trolley track (3), a trolley mechanism (4) and a slag digging device (5) which are sequentially arranged, the slag digging device (5) comprises a mounting base (51), a first swing arm (52), a second swing arm (53) and a grab bucket mechanism (54) which are sequentially arranged, the slag digging device (5) can rotate around a rotating axis, the grab bucket mechanism (54) can move to the position below the cart track (1) or the position above the trolley mechanism (4), the grab bucket mechanism (54) comprises two grab buckets (545) which are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode, and the lower portions of the two grab buckets (545) can be opened or closed. The precise slag grabbing system of the blast furnace water slag bottom filter tank is a low system which is convenient to maintain and is used for cleaning slag particles in the bottom filter tank, the problem that the grab bucket of a bridge type grab bucket crane swings to scatter materials is solved, and precise slag grabbing can be achieved to avoid damage to a filter material structure of the bottom filter tank.
