Prefabricated self-heat-preservation light wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated self-heat-preservation light wall and a construction method thereof and relates to the field of buildings. The prefabricated self-heat-preservation light wall is characterized in that the prefabricated self-heat-preservation light wall is formed by pouring from bottom to top in a layered mode, concrete layers formed by pouring fine aggregate concrete materials are arranged on the lowermost portion and the uppermost portion, and a heat preservation layer formed by pouring cement-based heat preservation materials is arranged in the middle. The construction method of the prefabricated self-heat-preservation light wall comprises the steps that firstly, a fine aggregate concrete material is poured, and a first concrete layer is formed; secondly, a cement-based heat preservation material is poured on the first concrete layer, and a heat preservation layer is formed; thirdly, a fine aggregate concrete material is poured on the heat preservation layer, and a second concrete layer is formed; fourthly, after the first concrete layer, the heat preservation layer and the second concrete layer are completely solidified, a prefabricated self-heat-preservation light wall is formed; and fifthly, the prefabricated self-heat-preservation light wall is transported and placed on a construction site to be installed.
